Stephanie’s expertise and engaging approach has led to her being recognised as a leader in in the employment law field by Chambers and Partners legal directory since 2010.
Stephanie trained with Ashfords in the South West and qualified in 2000. She later joined the Bristol employment team of Osborne Clarke, before working for a niche employment firm until 2014, when she co-founded this firm.
Stephanie lives with her family on the Somerset levels, an area she appreciates more than ever since the pandemic. Determined to focus more on the simpler things in life, Stephanie enjoys the rich local wildlife and particularly the joy of watching the starling murmurations. She’s passionate about lifelong learning, enjoys gardening (indoors and outdoors, particularly growing anything edible!) and lively discussions in a local book group.
