Emma Ramsay
Emma’s warm and responsive approach puts clients quickly at ease and ready to work with her to resolve the issues.
While Emma has worked across all sectors, particularly with values driven employers, she has developed a deep understanding of employment law issues within the education sector.
Emma trained in London, qualifying in 1988, then moved to the South West to join Clarke Willmott, where she later became head of the Employment Team. Emma joined a niche employment law firm in 2009, where she and Stephanie first worked together.
Emma lives with her family in Sherborne, Dorset and has a love of sport, travel, long walks with her dog and being active in the local community. Yoga and her love of nature have grown over the years (best when they can be combined) and as the sport becomes less energetic, the mindful practices become more meaningful. A love of reading and an inquisitive mind ensure there’s always much to discuss and explore, both socially and professionally.
