‘Cutting Through The Noise\u2019 on 16 May at The Watershed in Bristol<\/span><\/h2>\n

We\u2019re looking forward to our new collaboration with Saltbox Training and Events<\/a> and The Leadership School<\/a> : ‘Cutting Through The Noise\u2019<\/em> on 16 May at The Watershed in Bristol.\u00a0 Last time we collaborated, we focussed on workplace culture; this time we\u2019ll be focussing on helping leaders to \u2018cut through the noise\u2019 and find clarity, so they can focus on what really matters in their organisations.<\/p>\n

This new event will be lively and thought-provoking and we\u2019ll be exploring how we\u2019re living and working in an age of constant clamour – bombarding us with \u2018noise\u2019 from all directions. This \u2018noise\u2019 not only affects each of us individually, but also affects the focus and success of our organisations and distracts us from our organisational purpose and goals.<\/p>\n

There will be three interactive workshops during the day, where you\u2019ll have the opportunity to share ideas with leaders from other organisations too.\u00a0 Laura Brodrick will be there too from Think Big Picture<\/a>, capturing the ideas, contributions and discussions by creating a colourful, visual, graphic record of the event.<\/p>\n
