Research shows that purpose and values led organisations consistently outperform others, but only if those values are truly reflected in all that the organisation does.<\/p>\n<p>We will be exploring this in relation to HR polices and procedures and whether they enable or block a great workplace culture, when we are a guest speaker at <a title=\"Redberry Recruitment HR Club\" href=\"http:\/\/www.redberryrecruitment.co.uk\/news\/category\/hr-club\/\" target=\"_blank\">Redberry Recruitment\u2019s<\/a> next HR Club breakfast meeting.
