Creating a Cultural (R)evolution Part 2 – Cutting Through The Noise (to create a Culture of Clarity)

The Early Bird deadline has been extended!  We’re conscious that many people have been relaxing on their holidays and may have been away for the original 31 August deadline for getting the early bird price for this event. We wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on that rate for that reason, so we’ve extended the Early Bird deadline until midnight on Monday 10 Sept.

We’re excited to be collaborating again with Saltbox Training and Events and The Leadership School, for an event on 10 October at The Watershed in Bristol. This follows on from our successful event last year (Creating a Cultural (R)evolution (part 1) – though it doesn’t matter if you didn’t come to that first event) and the focus this time is on helping you to create a culture of clarity in your organisation.

We believe that there are three key components to having a culture of clarity in any organisation and that this clarity can only truly exist once all three components are in place. We’ll be exploring these three areas in turn, which are:

Clarity of purpose where people focus on what really matters – working towards the organisation’s overall purpose (and how individual roles feeds into that) and making decisions based on clear business rationale;

Clarity of thought where people make time and space for themselves and their teams to think clearly, so that there can be…

Clarity of communication where people communicate with each other clearly, in a way that others really hear and understand (and reflecting the clarity of purpose).

As well as gaining new ideas and perspectives, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to connect and share with leaders from other progressive organisations. Think Big Picture will capture the ideas and discussions by creating a live visual graphic illustration and you’ll receive a copy of this after the event.

Here’s how people felt after our last event, Creating a Cultural (R)evolution (part 1):

“This was a great event that covered a topic from a number of angles which I think is a unique offer – congratulations on the collaboration!”

“Thanks for yesterday, it was a great workshop and really thought provoking”

You can book your place and read more about the event here.

Whether you came along to last year’s event or not, we hope you can join us for an engaging and inspiring day.
