What’s happening?

We live in extraordinary times with a whole new business agenda emerging, where employees (and all stakeholders) have an increasing role to play in how business is managed. Research shows that purpose and values led organisations consistently outperform others, but only if those values are truly reflected in all that the organisation does.

We will be exploring this in relation to HR polices and procedures and whether they enable or block a great workplace culture, when we are a guest speaker at Redberry Recruitment’s next HR Club breakfast meeting. The event is at 8.00am on Tuesday 12th September in Shepton Mallet.
